Sydney is a current student at the University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a major in Political Communication on the pre-law track with a double minor in Philosophy and Business. At UT, she is a member of the Jefferson Scholar Program, International Justice Mission, and serves as treasurer for International Association of Business Communications. Her passion for foster care reform, energy policy, and putting an end to human trafficking have fueled her interest in public policy, which is further cultivated through her internship in the Texas Senate. In her free time, Sydney can always be found trying a new coffee place or being in nature.
